Raouche Cafe is a family-run Lebanese and Mediterranean kitchen on Gallows Road in Falls Church. It doesn't look like much from the parking lot, and then you walk in and most of the tables are full. Everything is halal and made fresh daily, from the hummus and baba ghanouj to the charcoal-grilled kabobs and the shawarma off the spit. Come in for a quick lunch or settle in with the whole family. Fresh ingredients, no shortcuts
All of our meats are halal, cut fresh, and never frozen. Vegetables are cut daily, most of our spices are imported straight from Lebanon, and our sweets are flown in from the famous Al-Bohsali Oriental Sweets in Beirut. No preservatives, no artificial colorings, ever. We're known for our hummus, baba ghanouj, grape leaves, kibbeh, and tabbouleh — all made fresh every morning, exactly the way they're made back home.

We can host groups of up to 40 guests, with a 10-person minimum for a reserved event and just three days' notice needed to plan it properly. Every dish is made fresh, the same way we cook it any other day.

Raouche Cafe opened in 2007 with one promise: authentic Lebanese cooking at honest prices, and a welcome warm enough that strangers leave feeling like regulars. It has been family owned and family run every day since. Nearly two decades later, the recipes haven't been simplified and the shortcuts still haven't crept in. The same family is behind the counter, cutting vegetables in the morning and rolling grape leaves by hand, because that's the only way any of it works.
